Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Hommage a Jacques Perrin" 2007

One of the largest and certainly one of the most famous wineries in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château de Beaucastel has been owned and run by the Perrin family since 1909. Hommage a Jacques Perrin is a wine only made in the very best years, in honor of Jacques Perrin who ran the estate for decades. 2007 is one of the best years ever for Châteauneuf-du-Pape and this bottle is certainly a testament to the quality of that vintage.
